What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Prepare & follow up external customer quotations
  • Contact existing and potential customers with a view to expanding on current goods and services
  • Update CRM system
  • Assist internal departments

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will be working towards a Level 2 Customer Service qualification provided by the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group
  • Training will be delivered in the workplace.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
