FLEX Vocational, Options, Tasters and Employability (VOTE)

With a focus on employability skills and Preparation for Adulthood, this programme supports learners to develop their personal, social and employability skills through classroom learning, practical activities, educational trips and visits and a range of vocational tasters.

Get SET

The Get SET course is a work-based learning programme, focusing on employability skills, that prepares learners for the world of work. Working in partnership with a number of local employers, learners are supported to demonstrate behaviours and attitudes in line with employer expectations.

Project SEARCH

This Supported Internship programme is aimed at young people aged 18-24 with an EHCP who aspire to paid employment. Working with a tutor and a job coach, interns will have the opportunity to learn essential skills within a real working environment.
