Selby College is amongst a consortium of colleges across the region to develop the Yorkshire & Humber Institute of Technology, which is one of twelve Institutes of Technology across the country designed to increase higher level technical skills for employers.
The Yorkshire & Humber Institute of Technology brings investment of circa £10 million of capital funding into the region for partners to invest in industry standard equipment to provide higher level technical training. This massive training boost will enhance employment opportunities and ensure highly qualified employees for the regions’ employers.
