In collaboration with our local Job Centres, we create sector specific training for the unemployed looking to work in specific industries. If you have an organisational need for your business, we can work with you to tailor a programme specifically for you.
Using our own facilities, we work with the candidates to help build their confidence and develop their skills and knowledge to work within your organisation. On completion of the programme, candidates will know exactly what the job entails and be ready to be interviewed for your vacancy.
Once you find a suitable candidate, we can then help you to further develop them within their job role i.e. NVQ’s, professional training and apprenticeships.
