What will the apprentice be doing?
- Prepare & follow up external customer quotations
- Contact existing and potential customers with a view to expanding on current goods and services
- Update CRM system
- Assist Internal departments
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will be working towards a Level 3 Customer Service qualification provided by the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group
- Training will be delivered in the workplace
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Possible promotion to a higher-level qualification in sales or marketing.
