What You Will Study
The CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership is achieved by completing a combination of 3 of these modules:
- Managing Stakeholder Relationships
- Using Reflective Practice to Inform Personal and Professional Development
- Managing Change
- Principles of Developing, Managing and Leading Individuals and Teams to Achieve Success
- Managing Finance
- Managing Projects to Achieve Results
- Creating and Delivering Operational Plans
- Principles of Management and Leadership in an Organisational Context
The combination of modules you will study is determined by the start date, with regular start dates available throughout the academic year.

Attendance Expectations
Virtual sessions will be delivered on Wednesday mornings via Microsoft Teams. Students can start the course at any point in the academic year.

How You Will Be Assessed
For each of the three modules, you will need to complete a written assessment based on relevant workplace scenarios.

Entry Requirements
GCSEs at Grade 9-4 in English and Maths or Level 2 Functional Skills.
Where the applicant does not meet the course entry requirements - Level 2 or GCSE qualification at Grade 9-4 in English and/or Maths, entry will be considered on previous achievements and experience.
Participants will normally be either practising or aspiring junior/middle managers. Learners should have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.
Prospective students will be interviewed prior to being accepted on the course.
